Nylon sheave wheels are significantly lighter than steel aternatives, which reduces the loads and inertia on machines and reduces downtime required for maintenance.
Manufactured from our oil filled nylon, Westlon M the lubrication is dispesed evenly throughout the material and requires no additional lubrication increasing the lite expectancy of the wire and the sheave/pulley wheel Itself.
Our sheave wheels are available fully assembled with bearings or as stand-alone components, meaning they can be fitted quickly and easily.
