Westley Plastics manufactures some of the largest sheave wheels and pulleys available in the World.  All our sheave wheels are bespoke and manufactured from our unique Westlon material to offer superior wear life and enhanced free running properties.

Nylon sheave wheels are significantly lighter than steel alternatives, which reduces the loads and inertia on machines and reduces downtime required for maintenance.

Manufactured from our oil filled nylon, Westlon M, the lubrication is dispersed evenly throughout the material and requires no additional lubrication increasing the life expectancy of the wire and the sheave/pulley wheel itself.

Our sheave wheels are available fully assembled with bearings or as stand-alone components, meaning they can be fitted quickly and easily.
